Terms for using True Health
Educational use
True Health provides educational health and performance information. The Founder Health Score and any related Blueprint are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate intake, lab, and wearable information. You may choose which optional data sources to connect. We use health-related inputs only as described in our privacy notice and consent flow.
Wearable connections
When you connect a wearable provider, you authorize True Health and its data processors to receive the data scopes you approve. You can revoke provider access through the provider account settings or by contacting True Health.
No emergency use
Do not use True Health for emergencies or urgent medical concerns. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.
Blueprint fulfillment
Paid Blueprint products, clinician review, or concierge follow-up may be offered separately after results. Availability, scope, and delivery timelines may vary by case and user eligibility.
