How True Health handles your data

True Health uses your intake answers and optional health-related inputs to prepare your educational health report and personalized recommendations. If lab upload or wearable connection features are available, those require separate consent and should only be used for information you are comfortable sharing with True Health.

Health-data consent is required before we prepare your report. Marketing consent is separate and optional. You can request deletion by contacting the True Health team.

If you ask for clinical services such as a lab order, prescription, or clinician review, we share the information needed to provide that care with Metsi Care, an independent licensed medical practice that delivers the clinical part of the service. We share that data only for that purpose, under a written agreement, and only when you request it.

The score does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or replace care from a qualified clinician. Do not submit emergency information, third-party medical information, or highly sensitive details that are not needed for the score.

True Health is privacy-first, but we do not claim HIPAA compliance yet. If uploads, clinician workflows, or covered-provider data flows are enabled later, they require additional legal, vendor, and security controls first.

Result pages are designed without advertising pixels. Product analytics may be used to understand funnel completion and improve the experience.
